CANTECC Construction played a pivotal role in the transformative project at Rocks Casino, one of Cyprus's most prestigious entertainment destinations. Our involvement encompassed a wide range of services, including engineering, supervision, administration, and the restoration and remodeling of this high-detail building. Spanning over 100,000 square feet and including three levels of parking, this project was a testament to our ability to handle large-scale, intricate construction and renovation tasks.

 

Scope of Services and Execution

  • Engineering and Supervision: Our engineering team provided comprehensive solutions, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the casino. We maintained rigorous supervision throughout the project to guarantee that all work adhered to the highest standards.
  • In-Depth Administration: Effective project administration was key to managing the complex requirements of this renovation. Our team coordinated meticulously with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and adherence to timelines.
  • Demolition and Removal: We undertook extensive demolition work, including the removal of walls, slabs, facilities, pipelines, and panels that were in poor condition. This phase was executed with precision and care to set the stage for robust reconstruction.
  • Structural Reinforcement: The project included significant structural reinforcement, utilizing metal structures and reinforced concrete to enhance the building's stability and longevity. Our expertise in structural engineering ensured that these enhancements were both effective and aesthetically integrated into the existing architecture.
  • Expansion and Restoration: A key feature of the project was the expansion of new slabs, adding 900 square meters to the existing structure. Alongside this expansion, we carried out detailed restoration work on walls and other structural elements, blending the new additions seamlessly with the original architecture.
  • High-Detail Remodeling: The remodeling work was done with a focus on preserving the casino's luxurious and iconic style. Every detail, from interior finishes to the layout, was carefully considered to enhance the overall aesthetic and functional appeal of the space.
